DescriptionMarketing Director, $26.00-$28.00, hourlyCampus Commons Senior Living is looking for an experienced Sales & Leasing Director to join our team. This position is full time, benefit eligible. Scheduled hours are from Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.Job SummaryGenerate leads and close sales utilizing Ray Stone’s grass roots approach to achieve sales and marketing goals for designated RSI community. Generate and cultivate referral relationships within designated territory. Provide leadership, communication, and marketing training to other staff members by the instruction of the Director of Marketing. Join us in shaping friendly, fun, and proud communities while enjoying a rewarding and fulfilling career.RequirementsOne to three years of experience with proven success in direct sales preferredMinimum of one year generating sales leads through networking preferredPrior experience in Residential LeasingExperience with Align and Yardi, preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office preferredPrevious experience serving senior citizens and familiarity with related laws and regulations preferredWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand; and use hands to handle/lift objects. The employee occasionally must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds. Additionally, the employee, on occasion, must crouch, kneel, or climb stairs.Most work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. This position requires substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
