We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a growing Project Controls organization responsible for driving schedule strategy across large-scale capital programs.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, construction, and project execution. You won’t simply maintain schedules—you’ll partner with project leaders, engineers, trade partners, and owners to build, analyze, and optimize project plans from early design through commissioning and startup.The right candidate understands how major capital projects come together, can confidently facilitate planning discussions with cross-functional teams, and knows how to turn schedule data into actionable project insights.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain integrated CPM schedules spanning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activitiesCollaborate with project teams to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), key milestones, critical deliverables, and project KPIsLead pull-planning and Last Planner sessions to align stakeholders and drive execution strategiesEvaluate subcontractor, vendor, and consultant schedules and integrate them into master project schedulesPerform detailed critical path, float path, and schedule risk analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate project delaysMonitor schedule performance, track progress against milestones, and communicate schedule health to project leadershipGenerate customized schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentationsPartner with project teams to develop recovery plans and sequencing strategies when project risks emergeEnsure all scheduling processes align with company standards and contractual requirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline10+ years of experience supporting complex capital projects, including at least five years in a dedicated scheduling roleExpert-level proficiency with Primavera P6Experience supporting large-scale Design-Build, EPCM, or industrial construction projects valued at $100M+Proven ability to build schedules from the ground up with limited directionStrong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning workflowsExperience facilitating pull-planning sessions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present schedule updates, risks, and recommendations to both project teams and executive leadershipPreferred ExperienceCandidates with experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or mission-critical projects are highly encouraged to apply.
