A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models and drive the monthly close process and quarterly financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide financial accounting and internal control guidance
Consult with internal partners on complex transactions and lead support for auditors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
Proven experience in a Controller role or equivalent leadership position in finance
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills; well-grounded in GAAP
Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and enhancing processes
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
