The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the presentation of our products in retail environments. This position requires a blend of skills in inventory management, customer service, and merchandising to ensure that our displays meet company standards and drive sales. Duties Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines. Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking. Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets. Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management. Requirements Previous experience is a retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Familiarity with inventory management practices. Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must live within 30 minutes/miles of Bedford, IN Must be at least 18 YEARS OLD or older. Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Must have PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION. Must be willing to TRAVEL 50% including overnight travel.
