Job TitleThe process Line Monitor will ensure compliance processes are completed and meet internal and external audit expectations. This will reduce/eliminate audit findings due to process failures.Typical DayThe Line Monitor will monitor an email queue that is used for notification of a change process execution. Candidate will review, per documented standards, the process and related change ticket for completeness and accuracy. Also, will be monitoring daily reports for changes completed without an email request and for previous night's emergency changes. Candidate will also be collecting relevant metrics. Will produce timely reports. Continuous improvement is very important and is a critical part of this position. this will be focused around the monitored processes as well as the line monitor process. Will also be a back up for an existing line monitor with other system responsibilities.Education4 Year bachelor degree in IT, business administration, or equivalentTechnical Skills RequiredMS Office - Teams, Outlook, Knowledge of service now change / task management - ITSM - Experience in Auditing the key factor.
