Implementation Manager

Our high-growth sports technology partner is seeking an Enterprise Implementation & Customer Success Manager to own and scale relationships across top accounts.This is a highly visible role focused on driving successful enterprise implementations, managing complex technical projects, and delivering long-term customer value across a sophisticated, data-driven platform.About the RoleYou will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, leading end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer success strategy. This includes managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder deployments, ensuring seamless adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to deliver high-impact technical solutions, while maintaining strong executive relationships across your accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of enterprise accountsDrive adoption, retention, and net revenue expansion through proactive account management and strategic planningBuild and maintain relationships with senior stakeholdersLead end-to-end implementation of complex technical solutions, including onboarding, integrations, and system configurationOwn large-scale, cross-functional project delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignmentIdentify expansion opportunities through data-driven insights, usage trends, and customer goalsPartner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and multi-year enterprise agreementsDeliver executive-level business reviews, showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic recommendationsExperience3–5+ years of experience in customer success, enterprise account management, or implementation rolesProven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts and technical deploymentsStrong project management experience, with the ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneouslyExperience working with technical products, SaaS platformsExcellent communication skills with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersA strategic, data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomesPassion for sports technology, data, and innovationBeing an ex athlete is also a plus!
