We are expanding our Program Management team and seeking seasoned Program Managers with deep expertise in manufacturing, capital equipment installations, and production line retrofits. If you thrive leading multi-million-dollar programs in dynamic, high-stakes environments, D-Riven is where your career accelerates.Pay Range Salary: $90K – $135KTravel: 35% to USA Plants & CanadaWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings 5–15 years of manufacturing program management experience, a BS in Engineering and PMP certification (preferred), and a hands-on aptitude in mechanical or electrical systems. You are an articulate, solutions-oriented leader who communicates with clarity, commands the room, and earns customer trust at every level — from plant floor to executive suite. Travel-readiness and an unwavering commitment to safety are non-negotiable. Proficiency in MS Project is required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and simultaneously manage multiple multi-million-dollar programs with a proven record of on-time, under-budget delivery. Budget stewardship is central to this role: drive cost reductions, evaluate competitive vendor bids, control travel spend, and maintain rigorous financial oversight across the full program lifecycle — all while navigating evolving customer requirements without sacrificing results.Build and defend master program timelines, manage the PO process with contractors and vendors, and maintain disciplined action registers. You will operate in close coordination with our Industrial team — setting the pace on change orders, resolving deadline conflicts decisively, and keeping programs on track through every shift in scope.Strong customer relationships are the lifeblood of D-Riven’s growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, plant managers, and operations leaders — running efficient meetings, delivering clear written communications, and making decisive recommendations on vendor selection, critical path planning, change orders, and plant visits. Your presence and credibility will deepen customer trust and open doors to future programs.D-Riven program managers are technically fluent. You will apply working knowledge of OSHA regulations, OEE, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies — including LEAN, SPC, Kaizen, and equipment validation (FAT/SAT) — to consistently exceed both internal standards and customer program requirements.You are a natural leader who thrives in ambiguity. Balancing competing priorities, directing cross-functional resources, and keeping senior leadership accurately informed are second nature to you. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you assess, decide, and move.
