Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 5:30 PM CST

Providetechnical supportandIT consultingfor business clients
Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions
Balancesupport and sales —help clients while identifying their technology needs
Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships
Continue expanding your knowledge in afast-paced, evolving IT environment
Who We’re Looking For
Industry Experience
MSP/MSSP Experience:3-5+ years
IT Support Experience:3-5+ years
IT Sales Experience:1-2+ years
Client Segment Experience:3-5+ years supporting businesses
Remote/Hybrid Experience:2-3+ yearsCore Technical Skills (1-3 Years Preferred)
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365
Monday.com
Fortinet Firewalls, Switches, APs
SonicWALL Firewalls, Switches, APs
Ubiquiti Routers, Switches, and APs
Typing speed:30 WPM minimum, 60+ WPM preferred
AS/BS Degree preferred

Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, VPN Configuration
Office 365 Administration
