This will be a great landing spot.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to assume the Facility Manager position and oversee daily operations, facility maintenance, team leadership, and customer relations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining company standards, managing staff development, and supporting the overall success of the facility.ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of facility staffServe as the primary contact for payroll support, PTO adjustments, and employee access requestsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsMaintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns professionallyOversee facility maintenance and preventive maintenance programs for equipment and propertyCoordinate repairs, vendor services, and construction/maintenance projectsManage budgets, expenses, account reconciliations, and financial reportingAnalyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and facility performance metricsSupport return-to-work efforts and process claims as neededAttend company meetings, conferences, and training sessions as requiredQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred3–5 years of progressive management experience in a similar role requiredMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing multifunctional teamsRestaurant/Retail/Hotel/Hospitality industry experience preferredPreferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of safety standards, personnel management, and operational proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedIf you are a motivated leader looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today.
