ResponsibilitiesConstruct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, or metal.Perform trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and cabinetry.Hang doors and ensure they are properly aligned and functional.Execute remodeling projects by following blueprints and project specifications.Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.Utilize metal stud framing techniques for various construction applications.Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for a finished appearance.Lift heavy materials as required for various projects while adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on-site to ensure project completion.SkillsProficiency in construction estimating techniques.Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.Ability to plumb structures accurately for proper alignment.Strong skills in trim carpentry and door hanging.Knowledge of remodeling processes and best practices.Capability of performing heavy lifting safely and effectively.Familiarity with metal stud framing methods.Expertise in caulking applications for finishing touches.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.Join our team as a Carpenter where your skills will contribute to creating beautiful spaces while working in a dynamic environment!
