The Opportunity This is a superstar Executive Assistant role supporting the VP of Enterprise AI, who leads the company's enterprise go-to-market function. This is a high-visibility, high-intensity position at the center of a rapidly scaling business — ideal for an EA who thrives in demanding, client-facing environments. You'll partner with a leader who operates at a relentless pace, engages with senior stakeholders across major global organizations, and requires a right hand who can anticipate needs, execute flawlessly, and maintain composure under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage a complex, ever-changing calendar for a senior executive, balancing internal priorities with external client demandsCoordinate high-volume, high-stakes meetings with senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 companies and financial institutionsOrchestrate seamless domestic and international travel, often with last-minute changesPartner closely with EAs and stakeholders across client organizations to ensure alignment and execution at the highest levelAct as a gatekeeper and strategic partner — prioritizing, triaging, and ensuring the executive's time is optimizedMaintain precision and professionalism across all communications and logisticsProvide additional support as needed in a fast-moving, high-performance environmentIdeal Background:3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in top-tier consulting firms or investment banking environmentsProven experience supporting partner- or MD-level executives in high-intensity, client-facing rolesExceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex calendars and logistics flawlesslyImpeccable professionalism, polish, and communication skillsAbility to remain calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressureStrong judgment and ability to anticipate needs several steps aheadHighly responsive, flexible, and committed to excellenceSchedule & Expectations:In-office in San Francisco (SoMa) Monday–Friday, ~9:00 AM – 6:00 PMEvening and weekend responsiveness required given the pace of the businessOccasional Saturday support (remote, as needed — not a standing in-office day)This is a rare opportunity to step into a top-tier EA role at the intersection of AI, enterprise, and high-stakes client engagement.
