General Foreperson (Full-Time) ????Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie, TX ????$24$26/hour + Full Benefits Package United Clearing Services , founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming for utility companies across Texas. Our work focuses on maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure through professional tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation, helping reduce the risk of outages and infrastructure damage caused by wind, storms, decay, and overgrowth. We take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services while maintaining a strong team-first and safety-focused culture. This position requires full-time availability, including1012 hour shifts and up to 7 days per week during storm response periods , and work is performedoutdoors in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain near active utility rights-of-way . Applicants should have12 years of experience supervising vegetation management or utility line-clearance crews , with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and crew coordination.Candidates must have a valid drivers license and meet the requirements to operate company vehicles; a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is preferred.
