This role is critical to driving efficiency across sales activities, maintaining accurate data, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll Do Coordinate sales operations — Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling Maintain CRM systems, quotes, and customer records Support customer communication including follow-ups Coordinate travel, reporting, and expenses Execute events & trainings Assist marketing efforts Manage supplies and administrative needs Ensure follow-through on sales initiativesRequirementsKey Metrics of Success Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and quotes Responsiveness to internal teams and customers Successful coordination of meetings and events Follow-through on sales activities and initiativesWho You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Customer-focused mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Self-starter with ability to multitask Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWhy Join UsBe part of a growing, fast-paced manufacturing company.
