Technical Depth: A technical degree from a Top 30 university, ideally, and direct experience with ML recommendations, API platforms, or AI agents. The "Builder" Mindset: Ability to code or utilize AI coding tools to prototype workflows and conduct experiments independently. Strategic Reasoning: Strong first-principles thinker who can translate vague customer needs into detailed technical agent specifications. Desired Skills & ExperienceFounder Experience: Previous experience as a founder or an early-stage startup hire is highly preferred. Industry Pedigree: Background at high-signal firms such as OpenAI, Ramp, or Databricks. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of accounting or audit workflows is a plus but not required.
