Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.Responsibilities and DutiesDesign and build scalable AI-driven systems focused on cybersecurity and offensive security use casesLead the development of agentic AI solutions for vulnerability detection, automation, and threat intelligenceOwn end-to-end delivery of features from ideation to deployment, ensuring high performance and reliabilityMentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilitiesQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience7+ years of experience in backend engineering and distributed systemsStrong experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systemsExpert-level proficiency in Go and solid experience with PythonStrong experience designing microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC servicesExperience with messaging systems such as Kafka or Google Pub/SubProficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably GCPStrong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databasesExperience optimizing LLM performance, including token usage and cost efficiencyExcellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in cross-functional environmentsAbout EncoraEncora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
