As a growing and winning international organization that places emphasis on its people and culture, its career development opportunities, and the realization that healthy living is in part achieved by the proper balance of work and home, we are excited to be a company that our employees are passionate about!Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team that covers the areas of shipping/receiving and picking/packing/put-awayResponsible for training, coaching, planning and assigning daily work, ensuring safety rules and other policies/procedures are adhered to, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problemsMeet warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems and identifying warehouse system improvementsMaintain warehouse by keeping floor space organized, adhere to warehouse design principles, and recommend improvement opportunitiesKeep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, handling preventive maintenance, and calling for repairsStay up to date with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesPromote and uphold Richelieus set of Core ValuesPerform any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisorPosition may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicalsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience in a similar management positionStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with inventory management, cycle counting, logistics, forklift operation, and warehouse managementKey Performance Indicator (KPI) oriented, well organizedWarehouse Management System (WMS) experienceCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive market-based hourly pay rate of $30.50-$33.65Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching401(K) with employer matchingPaid vacation and holidaysCorporate discount programWorkplace Wellness programWe are an equal opportunity employer.
