This full-time radiologic technologist role involves performing diagnostic medical radiography on patients of all agesand supporting daily radiology department functions.Performs digital radiographic procedures following professional standards.Schedules, explains procedures to patients, and assesses image quality.Implements quality control processes, maintains equipment, and manages supplies.Adheres to safety, courtesy, quality, and efficiency standards to ensure optimal patient care.Ensures compliance with policies on safety, confidentiality, and regulations.Collaborates on process improvements and provides excellent patient service.Maintains licensure, certification, and CME requirements.Participates in preventive maintenance and reports equipment issues.Performs other duties as needed.Compensation ranges from $25.72 to $39.86 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and the position is based at a medical center in Springfield, Illinois.
