Friendly Customer Service Representative For Pool & Hot Tub CompanyWe are looking for a friendly, positive, and outgoing personality to help us provide superior customer service to our clients. No experience in the pool or hot tub industry is required, however, applicants with previous customer-facing positions or phone service are encouraged to apply.Our CSR Position Duties Include:Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, email, social media inquiries, and review site messagesSchedule service calls for our techniciansAccurately add customer information in our Service Titan CRM softwareRoute non-service job phone calls to the appropriate team memberMake appointment confirmation calls and follow-up with unresolved customer requestsMake follow-up "Happy Calls" to ensure a great customer experience once a job has been completedOur Ideal Candidate Attributes:Great communication skills.Positive and sympathetic attitude.Well organized and detail-oriented.Self-starter with take charge attitude.Ability to work well with a team.Has previous ServiceTitan experienceHas 2-5 years of customer service experienceIf you thrive in a customer-facing role, like to learn and enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere then this is the perfect spot for you.
