Job Title ML Engineer Location Dallas, TX – Onsite, 4 days a week Overview Our client, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is a technology and strategy consultancy that provides a competitive edge to its clients by solving complex problems with data, software, and strategy. The firm specializes in technology strategy, product development, software engineering, and digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on AI, MLOps, and Data Engineering. Clientele spans various industries including AgTech, Healthcare, Logistics, and Financial Services. Platform/Stack Python, Azure, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Java, Scala, AWS, and Azure. Compensation US$120,000 – 145,000 Responsibilities Adhere to the company's core expectations of being coachable, having a positive attitude, and remaining reliable. Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to address client needs. Organize tasks and teams to drive technical product management in AI/ML projects. Collaborate closely with clients in project teams to solve their toughest AI/ML challenges. Utilize principles of agile development to achieve high-quality solutions delivery. Continuously learn new AI/ML technologies to solve emerging problems. Build professional communication and business skills. Qualifications 2–6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 year in building and deploying machine learning models. Experience with model serialization and optimization. Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in Python; experience with C# or .Net is a plus. Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas. Experience across the ML lifecycle: from data preparation and training to model optimization and integration with production systems. Experience leading AI/ML development processes, including planning, development, code reviews, pair programming, and testing. Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools, and cloud storage systems. Excitement to work in a team environment and ability to communicate AI/ML concepts effectively. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, or relevant transferable experience. An owner's mindset approach to your AI/ML craft.
