Position: Regional Sales Manager Position Type: Direct HireLocation: Elkhart, INCompensation: Up to $120K + annual bonus potential Position OverviewWe are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand key customer relationships within a highly specialized segment of the industry. This role is critical to supporting a company undergoing significant growth and transformation, moving from a relationship-driven sales model to a more scalable, process-oriented commercial strategy. This individual will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while also positioning themselves for future leadership advancement, including potential progression into a Director-level role.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive regional and national revenue growthIdentify and secure new business opportunities across key customer segmentsExpand existing accounts through relationship development and consultative sellingAccount ManagementManage and grow relationships with complex, high-value customersServe as the primary point of contact for key stakeholdersEnsure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership developmentSales Strategy & ExecutionImplement structured sales processes, KPIs, and pipeline management practicesDrive forecasting accuracy and performance trackingCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teamsMarket IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsProvide insights to leadership to support strategic decision-makingIdentify opportunities for product positioning and market expansionRequired Experience5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in: Manufacturing, transportation, industrial, or related industriesProven track record of: Driving revenue growth, Managing complex sales cycles, Building and maintaining long-term client relationshipsSkills & CapabilitiesStrong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tacticallyExperience implementing or working within structured sales processesHigh level of business acumen and commercial insightCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (market-aligned for top talent)Performance-based bonus (10 - 20%+)Full benefits packageAbout Ignite SearchIgnite Search is a member of Spark Companies, a Michigan-headquartered recruiting and staffing company that connects great talent with great employers.
