Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly front line Server to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of food service operations. This role involves taking orders, serving food, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Duties Greet customers warmly Take accurate food orders Prepare food items as required, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash and credit transactions Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to assist customers effectively. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential. Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry is required.
