We run hudnreds of weekly soccer classes throughout San Diego County. We proudly serve families by partnering with Preschools, Elementary schools, and Public Parks for the past 15 years; from Imperial Beach to Escondido. Whether you are looking for a career in Early Childhood Education, marketing, business operations, this is a flexible part-time job.This position requires a positive attitude, adaptability, creativity, and responsibility, as you manage classes of children while implementing a curriculum and upholding safety standards. This role is active and mostly outside! We are constantly engaging with children through games, demonstrations, and overall play. Our coaches meet their students where they are, making connections and creating lifelong memories.Responsibilities:Coach 10 - 20 classes a week, dependent on availabilityAttend monthly coaching meetings and training sessionsAbility to follow and execute a predesigned curriculum, adapting to childrens needsEncourage character development through positive reinforcement and early childhood education techniquesUphold and follow all safety standards while children are in careCommunicate with families, caregivers, and teachersRequirements:Ability to run, play, and engage with childrenLift and transport sports equipment (approx. 40 pounds)Drivers License and car, willing to drive to classes all over San DiegoAvailable at least two weekdays and Saturdays1-year commitmentProof of a TB test within the past 2 years from the date of hire OR proof of a negative TB test within 2 weeks after date of hireAbility to provide a cleared fingerprint background checkPay and Benefits:No previous experience requiredECE Unit signing bonus$18-23/hr for head coaching shifts, dependent on prior experience and educationMileage reimbursement at the federal IRS Mileage RateMonthly cell phone reimbursement401 (k) matching after 90 days of employmentTuition reimbursement for Early Childhood Education UnitsQuarterly performance bonusCompany retreats and eventsPaid sick timePaid training and professional developmentSupportive, driven, and friendly cultureOpportunities for bonuses, additional benefits, and pay raises with completion of Early Childhood Education Units.
