Job OverviewRole Purpose:Own end-to-end production planning for the site: labor, volume, capacity, and execution readiness - ensuring each shift starts with a viable plan and ends with documented plan vs. actual learning.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn daily, weekly, and short-range (6-week) labor & volume planning.Translate demand, backlog, and SLA requirements into executable shift plans.Lead 4 Production Planning Supervisors (Days/Nights)Establish standard planning cadences (D‑1, D‑0, W‑1)Review plan vs actual daily; ensure countermeasures have owners/dates.Partner with Ops, CI, and Finance on productivity, OT, and throughput targets.Eliminate manual/duplicate planning and reporting work.Success MeasuresPlan adherence (%)OT within target (
