This role will be responsible for providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation as well as performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repairs of complex equipment and systems.Key Responsibilities:Able to perform installation, calibration, repairing and maintenance of equipment at customer site, troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems, assemblies, and subassemblies from using block diagramsAble to perform equipment upgradesAble to work independentlyDevelop strong customer relationships at multiple levels in the customer organization.Manage customer's expectationsManage day-to-day service activities at assigned customer sitesWork with end users to schedule work tasks as requiredReport and track activities including installations and equipment issuesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as necessaryCompiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis, and statements.Interfacing with customers on technical mattersExercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
