The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales to meet targets, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, train team members, provide actionable insights, and drive collaboration between marketing and sales teams to optimize performance and achieve growth objectives.Role Overview The Senior Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving Talliant’s marketing presence across the United States. The ideal candidate will combine strong B2B content and digital marketing expertise with an understanding of the HR technology and talent acquisition ecosystem.This role requires a highly proactive individual who can independently manage content initiatives, contribute to outbound and demand-generation activities, support SEO growth, and provide market insights that help strengthen Talliant’s positioning in the US market. Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Market PositioningDevelop and execute US-focused content strategies aligned with HR technology and talent acquisition trends.Create high-quality content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership articles tailored for North American audiences.Research buyer personas including CHROs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Recruitment Managers to understand market pain points and buying behaviors.Maintain and manage a US content calendar aligned with industry trends, product positioning, campaigns, and events.Adapt and localize existing global content for the US market by refining tone, examples, references, and messaging.Support short-form video scripting and social content initiatives to improve digital engagement.2. Digital Marketing & SEOExecute US-focused SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance improvements.Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blogs for search visibility and lead conversion.Monitor and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Support online reputation management efforts including G2, Capterra, and other SaaS review platforms.Track competitor positioning, messaging, and digital campaigns within the HRTech and recruitment technology landscape.Contribute to the development of lead magnets, downloadable resources, and conversion-focused marketing assets.3. Outbound Marketing & Lead Generation SupportSupport outbound marketing initiatives by identifying and building targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and related tools.Assist in developing and optimizing personalized outbound email sequences targeting HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.Conduct account research and prepare prospect intelligence briefs for outreach campaigns.Identify high-potential companies, including recently funded startups and growing enterprises with active hiring requirements.Coordinate with SDR and sales teams to ensure outreach campaigns are localized and aligned with US business hours and audience expectations.Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of outreach and engagement activities.4. Events, PR & Community EngagementIdentify relevant HRTech, recruitment, and talent acquisition events, webinars, and conferences across North America.Support event participation activities including campaign coordination, promotional collateral, and post-event follow-ups.Build relationships with HR communities, industry influencers, and talent acquisition professionals to strengthen market visibility.Assist in identifying podcast, webinar, and speaking opportunities for company leadership.Support PR and media outreach initiatives targeting HR and SaaS publications.5. Reporting & Cross-Functional CollaborationProvide weekly updates on marketing activities, campaign performance, content metrics, and pipeline contribution.Maintain dashboards tracking engagement metrics, website performance, lead generation, and outbound effectiveness.Collaborate closely with marketing, SDR, product, and leadership teams across multiple time zones.Share market insights, customer feedback, competitor intelligence, and emerging industry trends with internal stakeholders.Contribute to monthly business and marketing reviews presented to leadership.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, HRTech, recruitment technology, or enterprise software.Strong written communication and content development skills for professional North American audiences.Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and digital content optimization.Familiarity with outbound marketing workflows and tools such as Instantly, Outreach, Smartlead, or similar platforms.Understanding of the US talent acquisition and HR technology ecosystem.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution with minimal supervision.Strong collaboration and communication skills in a distributed global work environment.Hiring Powered by Talliant —Apply at - https://candidate.talliant.ai/applyjob/6a0eaf2458f5e80af1519631
