Job Title: Manufacturing Films Technician / Conversion Technician Location: Avon, CT Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience) Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking Manufacturing Films Technicians and Conversion Technicians to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These positions involve operating production equipment, handling materials, cutting and converting film products, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or assembly environments are encouraged to apply. Pay & Shifts Base Pay: $20–$23/hour depending on experience Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (+$2/hour) 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+$3/hour) Training is typically completed on 1st shift for approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on experience. Responsibilities Films Technician Operate large production machines used to apply reflective coatings to film materials Load and handle large rolls of film for processing Monitor machine operation and ensure product quality standards are met Follow all production and safety procedures Conversion Technician Operate slitting and cutting equipment used to process film materials Cut film to customer-specified lengths Apply customer logos or markings to finished products Package finished materials and prepare them for shipment Requirements At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred Machine operation or assembly experience is a plus Ability to read and use a tape measure Able to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift Stable work history Must pass background check and drug screening Benefits 401(k) with company match Comprehensive health insurance options Paid time off (PTO) 24/7 employee gym access (free) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
