Northern Nurseries is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, support business expansion, and strengthen our position as an industry leader.This is a high-impact role with career growth potential, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to make a real difference.What You’ll DoAs Regional Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to:Lead multi-site operations – ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experienceDrive business results – maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in checkInspire and develop people – recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staffChampion compliance & safety – OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radarOversee projects & capital investments – from equipment to land improvements, you’ll help move big ideas forwardDeliver top-tier customer service – resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the marketRequirementsWhat You Bring:5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management5+ years of experience in the Landscape / Nursery / Horticulture field. With a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products.Strong leadership and people management skillsKnowledge of OSHA, and DOT, regulationsProven success in sales and operations management (horticulture experience a plus!)Ability to travel regularly across sitesWillingness to relocate to the Windsor Locks, CT area (relocation assistance available!)
