About the Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Pain Management physician to join our growing, multidisciplinary practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive musculoskeletal and neuromuscular care in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Position Highlights Outpatient-focused private practice Collaborative team including surgical specialists, physical therapists, and advanced practice providers Access to state-of-the-art imaging and diagnostic resources Interventional pain procedures including spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablation and nerve blocks Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pain management services including medication management, if clinically necessary Coordinate care with surgical and non-surgical colleagues Clinic schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM No call, or hospital coverage No weekends or holidays Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Pain Management Active or Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina Active DEA license Strong clinical judgement, procedural proficiency and commitment to patient-centered care Dependable and motivated to develop, support and grow the practice What We Offer In office procedure suite (2) with recovery Competitive salary Malpractice coverage Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution CME allowance and paid time off Why Join Us?
