Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Honolulu, HI, for an Assistant Store Manager at Sephora. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager with daily operations, leading a team to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and operational goals. Responsibilities also include managing the sales floor, handling staff scheduling, training team members, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards. The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in cultivating a positive, inclusive team culture and providing leadership by example to drive performance excellence. Qualifications Leadership and team management experience, including staff training, mentoring, and motivatingExceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficient organizational and time management capabilities to handle store operations efficientlyKnowledge of sales strategies and performance trackingExperience in retail merchandising and inventory managementPassion for the beauty industry and staying informed about beauty trends, products, and brandsAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferredPrevious retail management experience is a strong plus
