Role Description The MSP Level 2 Engineer is a full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to our clients. The position involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, and servers. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, proactively monitor client environments, and ensure timely issue resolution. Collaboration with team members, documenting processes, and delivering exceptional customer service are key components of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in network configuration and maintenance, including firewalls, routers, and switchesStrong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 administrationExperience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and serversFamiliarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT systems and softwareStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individualsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the MSP industry is preferredRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
