We're a busy Honda dealership with a fantastic culture and high standards — and we're looking for a hardworking technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to keep growing in their craft.If you value craftsmanship, steady standards, and leaders who remove obstacles instead of creating them, you'll feel at home here.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles to OEM specificationsPerform warranty and customer-pay repairs with precision and documentation disciplineCommunicate clearly with advisors and shop leadership to keep work flowingProtect guest safety and trust through quality control and comeback preventionMaintain a clean, organized bay consistent with Honda standardsPerform test drives to evaluate vehicle performance and diagnose issuesResearch technical information and consult colleagues or service manuals to solve complex problemsRecommend preventative maintenance services to customersContribute to a positive and efficient work environment within the service departmentOther duties as assignedHow We Operate (Standards & Systems)Clear dispatching + steady work mix to protect your flag hoursModern equipment, updated Honda diagnostic tools, and OEM repair informationBuilt-in toolboxes provided — come ready to workHands-on shop foreman who supports the team and keeps things movingClean, organized shop — we take pride in our environmentDocumented SOPs to reduce friction and cut wasted timeConsistent parts processes to reduce delays and improve throughputDedicated employee parking lot right next to the shopQualificationsDemonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrityExperience: 3+ years of dealership or shop technician experience (Honda or Japanese/mainstream brand preferred)Certifications: Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
