This is a 3+month contract working in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 1 day in office) offering a pay rate of $27 per hour based on skillset. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 3+month contractLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 1 day in office)What You’ll Be DoingSet up and maintain Supplier Data records within SAP and Ariba (includes W9S, W8-BENs, ACH authorizations, and 1099 preparation).Perform two-way and three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.Ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining accurate records and schedules.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Support month-end and year-end close processes.What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of full cycle A/P processing experience; must have knowledge of end-to-end processing.Minimum of 5 years of SAP experience, which MUST include S/4 HANA experience and may also include: Fiori and/or other SAP experience from SAP modules pertaining to invoicing, Purchase Orders, receivables.Experience working in high-volume environments from medium-sized to large-sized organizations.Must understand 2-way Matching for Services and 3-way Matching for InventoryMust have experience with Ariba.Must have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and IF statements).Must have experience with GR/IR reports.Apply today to help improve operational efficiencies and contribute to the overall success of Accounts Payable for our client.#AP #Excel #SAP #S/4HANA #TechJobs
