Role: Conduct thorough and comprehensive home inspections in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and company protocols. Utilize your expertise and knowledge to assess the condition of various components of residential properties, including structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and more. Communicate inspection findings clearly and accurately to clients, providing detailed reports and recommendations for maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the inspection process. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Qualifications: Current license or certification as a home inspector in accordance with state or regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and stakeholders. Proven experience in conducting residential home inspections with a strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations. Detail-oriented mindset and analytical skills to identify and assess potential issues and hazards during inspections.
