Crew Member/ Team Lead

Part-time or Full-time: As a Go Greek Yogurt team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout our store. Some of the responsibilities will include:Providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a passion for our food Providing customers samples of our selection with a view to creating sales opportunities Washing, cleaning and preparing of fruit and vegetables according to food safety procedures Cleaning and maintaining frozen yogurt equipment, the general store facility, restrooms and kitchen areas Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience; looking for maturity in serving customers Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Go Greek's products and procedures Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holiday
