Drive growth outcomes: Oversee SMB segment performance, focusing on partner-led revenue, cloud adoption, and customer acquisition. Run the business with discipline: Lead the rhythm-of-business (ROB) and monthly business reviews (IARs), ensuring consistent tracking of performance and forecasts. Empower partners: Integrate partner-led sales motions into core operations, boosting CSP channel growth, renewals, and co-sell execution. Shape strategy: Represent SMB in annual planning, influencing segmentation, coverage models, and quota setting with local market insights. Key PrioritiesDeliver actionable intelligence on metrics like partner attach rates, CSP renewals, and marketing-sourced demand. Maintain operational excellence through structured ROB and IAR processes. Strengthen the partner ecosystem by improving renewal execution and aligning marketing campaigns with partner success. Shift reporting focus toward leading indicators (renewal schedules, partner readiness) to anticipate growth.
