Fireproofing Apprentice
Hiring ATTITUDE over TALENT here.
You likely have not been exposed to the type of work that we do and that's OK, we can work with you while you learn the trade. The only pre-requisite for this job is a GREAT attitude and a great work ethic.
This isn't your typical employer - at our place of work you are appreciated, will be rewarded and you will go home knowing you made a difference.
With that being said.... Our line of work is hard. That’s good, because it’s what gives us a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day. You will go home dirty and you will get some overtime as well.
The bottom line is; if you treat your employer with respect, maintain a positive attitude, work your tail off while you are here, and, especially, want to make a name for yourself - this place of work will quickly feel like "home". You will belong, you will be appreciated, and you will be rewarded.
Our M.O. is to be the best at what we do, to be relentless in the pursuit of doing great work and standing out among our competition. What is kind of neat is that we aren't claiming to be there yet, however we are well on our way. In your career, would you like to be a part of something special? This team can give you that.
