Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Neurosurgeon provider to work locum shifts in Marshfield Wisconsin (WI). Starting September 15th, 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits. Neurosurgery NP/PA role: Seeking fulltime locum Must have recent neurosurgery experience including surgical cases 10 - 12 patients per day in Clinical Mon - Fri 8a - 5p There are also 12 hour shifts available Call Frequency 1:3 weekdays/weekends - beeper 20 minute response time Procedures - craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries, and interventions for aneurysms, tumors, and nerve injuries Duties include surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults; clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation. Requirements of the Neurosurgeon role: Board Certified 2 years of recent experience WI License -Required ACLS/BLS - Required DEA - Required Clean background, no malpractice - Required Benefits: Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience and certifications) Housing and transportation needs covered.
