Web Developer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and innovative *Web Developer* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate might have already created few web sites with different technologies and platforms and know which one to pick for the use cases. The person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and websites. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with experience in modern frameworks, databases, and deployment tools. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, optimize performance, and implement scalable solutions aligned with business goals. *Responsibilities* * Determine the modern technology stack and platform best suited for the application * Design different components and entities of the web site in a modular way. * Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js, next.js with Geo Spatial information * Design intuitive user interfaces and user flows that enhance UX and meet client specifications through wireframing and prototyping. * Build robust back-end systems utilizing technologies like Node.js, PHP, and Python. * Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP web services, and third-party APIs to enable seamless data exchange, as needed. * Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and others; perform data visualization for analytical insights. * Implement DevOps practices using Docker containers, Ansible automation, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab repositories (Git), SVN version control systems, and Azure/AWS cloud services. * Ensure application security through best practices in SQL injection prevention, authentication protocols, and secure deployment strategies. * Conduct unit testing and system testing to ensure code quality; utilize tools like Visual Studio for development environments. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional web interfaces that are responsive across devices. * Maintain documentation of system architecture and development processes following SDLC methodologies within Agile workflows managed via Jira or Trello. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), JavaScript (including jQuery), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, next ja, vue js etc * Proficiency in back-end development using Python (Django), PHP (WordPress), C# (.NET), Ruby on Rails or Node.js; familiarity with MVC architecture. * Hands-on experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server; NoSQL databases such as MongoDB; knowledge of database design and optimization. * Familiarity with containerization (Docker), automation tools (Ansible), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), version control systems (Git/GitHub/SVN). * Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; understanding of system architecture principles for scalable web solutions. * Knowledge of RESTful API design & integration; experience with GraphQL is a plus. * Strong understanding of web design principles focusing on responsiveness and SEO best practices. * Ability to work within Agile environments utilizing tools like Jira or Trello for project management. * Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities; self-motivated learner eager to stay current with emerging technologies.
