DescriptionJob Summary The Sales Admin is a detail oriented individual responsible for the management in all stages of the ordering process reporting to VP, Sales & Marketing. Activities include order entry, activities. The Sales admin works with urgency when customers place an order to ensure they are receiving excellent customer service. Responsibilities and Duties Own and manage the ordering process Ensure high quality and accurate order entry process Be an expert in Microsoft Dynamics, Customer Experience and Business Central Manage simple and complex orders to completion Process and manage web orders Manage and respond to customers via email or phone regarding order update status Attend daily operations stand up meeting to provide updates to sales relative to lead times, part shortages and product/manufacturing ship holds Provide Tracking information for customers Support sales activities Deliverables Conduct product training and develop training aids for customers and reps including presentations, cross-references, competitive comparisons and sell sheetsSkillsAdministration, outlook, admin, data entry, Administrative support, Customer service, Administrative assistance, Microsoft officeTop Skills DetailsAdministration,outlook,admin,data entryAdditional Skills & QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
