Organization Details Organization Information Letcher County Public Schools has approximately 3000 students in preschool through through grade 12 in one high school, 3 middle schools, 2 K-8 schools, and 3 elementary schools. The mission of the district, in partnership with the family, students, and community, is to provide our students with every opportunity that will allow them to be successful. We maintain a culture of success in our district by blending a rigorous curriculum and high expectations with positive teacher and student relationships while engaging community support. QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Shall hold a bachelor's degree or higher and the required Kentucky certificate for the assigned position. 2.Shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with students, peers and adults. 3.Shall demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and faculty.
