Hospital Lab Technician
Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program1 year in healthcare laboratory setting Ability to work under minimal supervision.Ability to actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance of HPCL with the accreditation andlicensure requirements of the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT)Skills required to follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance policies.Ability to follow established corrective action policies and procedures.Skills required for performing quality control, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of HPCL equipment.Demonstrated ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently.Skills related to biological specimen handling.Demonstrated ability to maintain records, documentation, and worksheets legibly and accurately.Ability to participate in educational and or developmental projects.Demonstrates ability to meet established turn-around-time and ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently.Demonstrated ability to prioritize/reorganize work based upon departmental turnaround time requirements and in response to STAT/Emergency requests.Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions, schedules and timelines and handle multiple priorities.
