SummaryThe Sleeving Operator ensures that lines are running productively and that the cups are getting sleeved. It is the operator's responsibility to seek out the Team Lead or Supervisor to make the proper verification before starting a line. The document must be signed by the person performing the verification to be acceptableTrain and share knowledge with team members. Focus on improving specialist attention to quality and safetyBe involved in implementing solutions and ideas in the sleeving departmentAssist Team Lead with breaks and operating equipment. The team lead and supervisor will determine whether PMs must be postponed depending on production needsAs assigned by lead or supervisor, relieve all sleeving positions due to PTO, breaks, etc.Give breaks to the specialist reporting to youKeep areas clean and organized following the 5'SOther duties as assigned by Lead, Supervisor, or ManagerMust be clean, safety and quality oriented, follow GMPs, wear proper PPE, and good housekeepingWork in a fast-paced team environment or alone when requiredCommunication with team and SupervisorWork with an in all departments if neededMust be flexible to changing schedules and additional hours as neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
