Senior Data Engineer

Agility Partners is hiring to build out a high-impact data engineering team within our clients Accounting & Finance organization. This team supports critical processes and financial reporting workflows that directly impact how sales data flows into accounting systems and executive reporting.We’re looking for a Data Engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and is comfortable balancing new development with ongoing maintenance and ad hoc business requests.What You’ll Do • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations supporting order processing and financial reporting • Develop and enhance data models and transformations used in Snowflake and Power BI • Support ingestion and orchestration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Partner closely with testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in a Scrum-based delivery model • Address ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and ad hoc data requests from Accounting and Finance • Participate in change management activities, including documentation, handoffs, and coordination with production support teams What We’re Looking For • Strong experience as a Data Engineer working with: ○ Snowflake ○ Azure ○ Azure Data Factory (ADF) ○ dbt ○ Power BI • Experience building and supporting production-grade data pipelines • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in Columbus Nice to Have • Experience supporting finance or accounting data • Exposure to order processing or transactional data systems • Experience working in agile, Scrum-based teams
