Job Summary: PRN Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to home bound patients.Responsibilites & DutiesProvides exceptional clinical care that includes skills such as wound care, medication administration, disease process education, and IV therapy.Ensures clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity and appropriately reflects quality patient care.Submits OASIS and other clinical documentation in a timely manner.Communicates patient's clinical needs with interdisciplinary team.Qualifications & SkillsLicensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas1+ years Medicare home health experienceValid Texas Driver's License and automobile insuranceTravel to multiple locationsCertification in BLS/CPRKnowledge of WellSky EMR software desiredSalary: Pay per visit with mileage reimbursement.
