About The RoleWhat you will do: Scoular’s High School Operations Internship immerses you in the daily operations of one of our 100+ facilities across North America. You will be at the heart of what we do, learning the business, driving a culture of safety, and interacting with our producers. Throughout the internship, you will:Learn the operations of a grain-handling facility, keeping results and safety top of mind Become an expert in our safety policies and procedures to ensure employees’ safety and protect company assets Create connections with our clientele through exceptional customer service and personalized interactions, leveraging technology and effective communication strategies. Learn from experienced operations leaders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Who you are:A high school student currently enrolled in school in the state of Kansas, who is at least 16 years of ageAction-oriented, enjoys working with hands-on projects – you do not enjoy being at a desk all day! Willingness to learn and apply innovative technology. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
