This position partners closely with account managers and customers—primarily by phone—to support sales initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and learning the fundamentals of inside sales in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through frequent, proactive communicationGather customer feedback and insights to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growthHandle routine customer questions and issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate team membersProactively solicit sales orders from existing customers via phoneSupport new customer development through phone and internet-based marketing effortsAssist with lead qualification by assessing interest level, timelines, and customer needsExecute market penetration strategies using web-based sales leadsCoordinate customer sample requests with plant operationsCommunicate regularly with customers regarding brand updates, product information, brochures, and programsSupport new product launches by introducing customers to new and unfamiliar productsPartner with account managers to fulfill customer requests and resolve service concernsMaintain positive, professional relationships with distributorsCollaborate with Product Managers to support and enhance sales programsAttend trade shows, product introductions, and sales-related events as neededParticipate in ongoing product and sales trainingPrepare reports, correspondence, and documentation to support sales activitiesPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma required0–2 years of experience preferred, ideally in customer service, sales support, or a related roleFoundational understanding of sales and customer service conceptsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general business softwareComfortable using standard office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a sales-focused environmentThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
