Full-Time Retail Sales Associate–Moore Music CompanyMoore Music Company in Greensboro, NC is seeking a friendly, motivated Full-Time Retail Sales Associate with a passion for music and strong communication skills to thrive in our fast-paced retail environment. This unique role comprises customer-facing retail responsibilities to promote Moore Music Company and its offerings. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with customers, has strong computer skills, and possesses knowledge of musical instruments and products.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service, especially during peak hours with high foot trafficMaintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and an inviting storefrontProcess transactions and operate the cash registerStay up to date on product knowledge and new inventoryAbout You:Previous retail experience required (music retail preferred)Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge of musical instruments, accessories, and equipmentAbility to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectivelySelf-starter with a passion for music and helping othersTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborateEagerness to learn new skills and product knowledgeHigh School Diploma required; degree in Music or related field is a plusCompensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, in-person role at Moore Music Company, our store located at 615 West Market Street, Greensboro, North Carolina 27401. The schedule will be up to 40 hours a week with some Saturday availability required. Pay will be $15 per hour.
