Hupy and Abraham S.C., a personal injury law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a motivated Legal Assistant for our Appleton, WI office. Functioning within a team-based approach, our Legal Assistants collaboratively manage each aspect of the file, with specific roles assigned to different needs of the case.This role provides administrative and legal support focused on handling all client contact for the department including introductory calls, monthly follow-up calls, and incoming client calls. The position ensures accurate documentation, timely communication with carriers and Hupy and Abraham staff, and consistent maintenance of client records within the firm's case management system.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to firm clients while updating them on claim status & obtaining medical status updates.Lead communication with firm clients ensuring all questions & concerns are addressed & medical/injury information is kept updated.Maintain & update the firm's client management software systemREQUIREMENTS:Demonstrated superior customer service and administrative skillsInnovative problem resolutionStrong team collaboration skills with the ability to integrate and contribute to group effortsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal team members and clientsComputer experience should include basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
