This dynamic role blends homeowner engagement, event planning, and on-the-ground marketing execution. Your work will help translate Burr's mission of Life Improving Home Improvement into daily brand moments that resonate across neighborhoods, media, and events. Key Responsibilities:Act as customer experience liaison and advocate. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications during the pre-construction phase of their home improvement project.Advocate for the homeowner in team meetings from contract signing to the start of construction.Visit job sites to capture engaging content (photo & video) of quality craftmanship, home transformations and homeowner testimonials.· Be obsessed with leveraging customer satisfaction. Drive reviews and video testimonials from homeowners. Collect and synthesize feedback from customer experience to contribute to company best practices.Plan and execute events to drive company goals. (Including but not limited to-community events, home shows, brand partnership and neighborhood activations.)Coordinate logistics, timing, budget and vendor communications to ensure that all event details align with event goals.Act as the face of the company at all events. Engage with potential customers to explain services and convert them to qualified leads.Coordinate event setup, execution and breakdown.Support the Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager with content campaign execution and creative needs.Curate, organize, and publish job progress and event content to our social channels. Desired Qualifications· Ability to adapt to scheduling needs. Expected to be available based on event dates and timingWilling to be on the road (within our CT service area) and comfortable engaging customers, crews, and teams. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.Strong command of digital platforms (SEO/SEM, social, email, web, analytics, video)· Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively and hold vendors accountable.· Excellent relationship-building skills to connect with diverse audiences· Experience in customer facing roles, customer experience, events, project management· Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence· Strong organizational and time-management skills· Experience capturing photo, video, and audio contentGrit, curiosity, and energy to thrive in a fast-moving department with high standardsScheduleThis is a full-time position which will typically involve 45+ hours a week. Employee is expected to be available some Saturdays and/or Evenings for events and client meetings. TravelMinimal travel required in performing the duties of this position. Employee is expected to travel as needed to participate in continuing education and conferences up to 5 times per year. Education and Experience2-3 years of proven marketing experience in a growth-minded company (bonus: home improvement or design-build space) Compensation:· $50,000-$60,000 salary paid weekly.
