Customer Service Rep Immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth! RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently process a high volume of incoming orders and calls dailyResolve internal and external inquiries regarding product sales and logisticsProvide accurate quotes on discounts, new inventory, and product specs to both clients and the sales teamManage all touchpoints with the goal of solving issues on the first interactionAssist with essential financial research, including collections and cash applicationsThis is a 6+ month contract position with potential to extend or convert to direct-hire in the Northeast San Antonio area.
